Rehabilitation Center

Healing doesn't end when a patient leaves St. Joseph's Hospital in Highland. The goals of our Rehabilitation Center are to continue your care and to reduce any disability, while improving independence and quality of life.

Cardiopulmonary

• The program has been designed to assist patients with cardiac or pulmonary disorders to resume productive lives and make a lifelong commitment to exercise and to good health.
• The larger Rehab area will provide more personal space in which patients can exercise and meet with their nurse.

Physical

• There will be distinct Rehab areas for youth, adults and seniors to address the special needs of each group.
• A Sports Medicine program will feature outside space for sports-specific treatment.
• Expanded services will include women's health and bladder care.

Our new Rehabilitation Center will provide comprehensive services to assist patients in:

• Restoring movement
• Promoting healing
• Relieving pain
• Adapting to physical changes
