St. Joseph’s Hospital will submit the necessary claims to your insurance company. You will not receive a bill from the hospital until your insurance company has processed your claim and provided us with a remittance advice. You should receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) directly from your insurance carrier indicating any balance which you will be responsible for.

The Billing Office is open Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm. Our Customer Service team is located directly across from Admitting and is available to assist you with your bill and obtain answers to questions you may have. You may contact the Billing Office by calling
